Elaine
Seen & Heard Marketing/PR was founded by Elaine in the Spring of 2011.
Elaine thrives on challenges, whether it’s an aggressive yet rewarding business opportunity or positioning herself as a legacy and provider to her two young children.
Her focus and determination stems from learning independence and the desire to succeed at a young age. Her ultimate goals are to put forth circumstances where others as well as she will be successful. Whether it’s introducing that b2b multi-million dollar opportunity or offering to take on a project on contingency because in the end…all will reap the ultimate benefit!
Prior to founding Seen & Heard Marketing, Elaine held positions within high-level/ultimate stress sales organizations in the adjusting, mortgage, and high-tech market research fields. A far cry from her initial repertoire at Pima Community College and University of Arizona with the intent of one day becoming…..a Radiologist.
During her seven years at the helm as Regional Sales Manager, Elaine led In-Stat to consistent revenue growth annually. Her tenure with the firm from 1998-2004 was an invitation back under different management for a second stint from 2005-2007 granting her full vesting benefits.
Elaine’s bi-lingual abilities helped implement new direct and indirect channel marketing strategies, driving significant revenue growth at The Greenspan Co.-Adjusters International, a Public Adjusting firm headquartered in San Francisco, CA. Her various successful marketing efforts is what ultimately led her to become the Founder of what now exists as Seen & Heard Marketing/PR.
Elaine also holds Partner position at Kimpel & Gonzalez Public Adjusting as she believes consumer advocacy in the insurance world is a necessity. Under her strategic direction and leadership, the company has continued to deliver a preeminent offering to make the insured whole again.
Elaine is active in the community and serves on the board as Vice President of the American Disaster Relief Foundation, a non-profit 501c(3) organization that was created to provide immediate relief to Americans affected by natural disasters, catastrophes, and large loss events, she also holds the position as PTO PR Chair of Mountain Trail Middle School and is a proud member of the National Association of Public Insurance Adjusters.
In her own words:
“When I’m not at work, my playground includes a nice steep mountain to hike, recently…..a well surfaced tennis court, a beautifully manicured lacrosse field in which to spectate my young lads at, and a nice path to ride my bike on with the boys in tow!” – Elaine Gonzalez
